How the Treatment Proceeds
1. Cleanse & HydraFacial Deep Cleansing
First we cleanse the skin with HydraFacial: peel, painless extraction and pore preparation – the ideal base for needling.
2. Microneedling
With sterile micro-needles we treat the face (neck and décolleté on request): the micro-channels activate the body's own collagen production. Thanks to fine needles the treatment is well tolerated.
3. Active Infusion
Now the skin is maximally receptive: hyaluronic acid, peptides and regeneration serums penetrate deeply and support the building of new skin structure.
4. Calming & Protection
A soothing care relieves redness, sunscreen finishes the treatment. The skin remains slightly red for 24 to 48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn.
How the Treatment Works

Who Is This Treatment For?
The treatment is ideal for wrinkles, sagging skin, large pores, acne scars, scars and a dull complexion – suitable for almost all skin types. Important: microneedling has more contraindications than a pure HydraFacial. We may not treat during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with active cold sores, inflamed acne in the treatment area, recent surgery, a tendency to keloids (raised scars), blood-clotting disorders or use of blood thinners, diabetes with poor wound healing, or during isotretinoin therapy. If in doubt, please ask your doctor first.
Preparation & Aftercare
Before the Treatment
Avoid intense sun, tanning beds, peels and retinol for a week before. Come without makeup. Blood-thinning medication (e.g. aspirin, high-dose vitamin E or omega-3) should be clarified with your doctor beforehand, as it increases the bleeding tendency. Eat and drink normally before the appointment – the treatment takes 90 minutes.
After the Treatment
For the first 24 to 48 hours your skin is red and sensitive: no makeup, no sport, no sauna, no swimming pool, no direct sun. Cleanse the skin only with lukewarm water and the products we recommend. Afterwards use SPF 50 consistently – freshly needled skin is very UV-sensitive. Light flaking from day two to three is normal and a sign of skin renewal. The full result appears after four to six weeks, when newly formed collagen visibly firms the skin.

Does microneedling hurt?

How many sessions do I need?
A visible improvement often appears after the very first treatment. Optimal are three to four sessions four to six weeks apart; for acne scars plan for four to six sessions, as building collagen takes time.
How long will I be red after the treatment?
Expect redness for 24 to 48 hours, similar to a light sunburn. From the second to third day the skin can be covered with makeup; most clients are fully presentable again after a weekend.
Which scars does microneedling help against?
The treatment responds particularly well to acne scars and fine, indented (atrophic) scars, as the newly formed collagen pads the tissue from below. With a tendency to keloids (raised scars), however, microneedling is contraindicated.
