This treatment suits anyone with impure skin, blackheads, enlarged or clogged pores and mild acne – including sensitive skin that does not tolerate manual extraction. We cannot treat you with active cold sores (herpes) on the face, fresh wounds or shortly after surgery in the treatment area, acute bacterial skin infections or sunburn. Preparation & Aftercare
Before the Treatment
Preparation is simple: avoid strong sun exposure, tanning beds and harsh peels or acid products for 24 hours before your appointment. Come without makeup if possible – if not, no problem, we cleanse your skin thoroughly at the start. Men should not shave immediately before the appointment.
After the Treatment
After the treatment your skin is especially receptive but also sensitive: avoid saunas, intense workouts, direct sun and makeup on the same day. Use sunscreen (SPF 30+) consistently in the following days, as the skin is more sun-sensitive after the peel. Skip exfoliants and irritating actives like retinol for two to three days. Slight tightness or minimal redness is normal and usually fades within a few hours.
